LUMILUXE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must be:

  • In original condition
  • Free from physical damage
  • Returned with all original accessories and packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Lumiluxe warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

COVERED

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical failures under normal use
  • Functional defects not caused by misuse

NOT COVERED

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Improper storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Customers must provide proof of purchase and supporting photos or videos of the issue. Lumiluxe may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.


CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The order is authorized by the cardholder.
  • The billing and shipping information provided is accurate.
  • The customer has reviewed the product description, warranty information, shipping policy, and return policy before purchase.
  • The customer agrees to contact Lumiluxe directly regarding any order issue before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

Lumiluxe actively monitors transactions for fraud and may require additional verification before shipping.

To protect against unauthorized transactions, Lumiluxe may retain records including order details, IP address information, customer communications, payment verification results, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and signature records where applicable.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for products that have been delivered and accepted may be challenged using available documentation and evidence.
