PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lumiluxe is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Once tracking indicates delivery to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lumiluxe is not responsible for theft occurring after delivery. Customers should contact the carrier and local authorities if theft is suspected.
